MEET THE BOARD

GAIL HUMBLE M.D., CEO

Gail Humble, MD is the founder and director of Aesthetic Anti-Ageing Institute in San Francisco and Los Angeles. She served as one of the pioneers in minimally invasive and injection based aesthetic medical practices. Dr. Humble is originally from Northern California where she received her undergraduate degree in genetics from UC Davis. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed an internship in General Surgery followed by a residency at USC in Anesthesiology.

She is a fellow of the Aesthetic Anti-Aging Congress, and she is boarded by the American Board of Laser Medicine and Surgery.

She is the authored more than 40 medical research articles and abstracts for multiple medical journals, including Dermatologic Surgery and the Journal of Facial and Plastic Surgery. She has served as a national and international speaker at the World Congress of Anti-Aging Medicine as well the Skin Disease and Education Foundation.

She has also served as principal investigator of multiple studies on Sculptra and its use in revolumization of the face. Dr. Humble has served as associate professor at USC, as well as a consultant and trainer to Allergan, Steifel, Galderma, Dermik, Sanofi-Aventis, Valeant, Lumenis and KMI.

Dr Humble is a member of multiple medical societies including the society of regenerative medicine, the international society for stem cell research the international cellular medicine association and the American cosmetic cellular association as well as the American association of antiaging medicine. She has presented multiple abstracts on the Klotho gene at the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons and The American Academy of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive surgery and has been asked to lecture at the International Society for Cellular Therapeutics as well as the Dermatology meeting 2022 in Tokyo. Klotho Skin has been a 20-year journey for Dr Humble as she had two patents to date. MORGAN DAFFIN, COO

With over 10 years of experience in the Technology industry, including previous roles at renowned companies like LinkedIn, Morgan brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, analytical expertise, and problem-solving skills to our organization. As the COO, Morgan plays a pivotal role in Klotho Skin’s success by overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strategic guidance. She is dedicated to Klotho Skin’s mission to revolutionize skincare through cutting-edge genetic technology.

DR. ED ZIMMERMAN

Edward M. Zimmerman, MD, has degrees from Johns Hopkins, Georgetown and the George Washington University School of Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Laser Surgery. Zimmerman is a Fellow of the American Society of Laser Surgery and Medicine since 1994; and a member of the American and European Academies of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Z serves as President and is an Examiner for the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is Treasurer and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation.

Dr. Z is an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Cosmetic Surgery at Touro University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is involved in research, writing and education. He directs Aesthetic Revolution Las Vegas, a State Licensed, AAAHC Nationally Accredited office based surgical facility dedicated to the refinement and delivery of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.

JAIME CASTLE

Jaime’s journey in the world of aesthetics began in 2000 when she started as an assistant in the oculoplastic specialty. It was during this time that she began working alongside visionary physicians who introduced her to the captivating and transformative field of aesthetics.

From 2013 to 2017, Jaime embarked on a remarkable journey managing various aspects of the Medicis, Solta, and Obagi portfolio. This role not only honed her expertise but made her a driving force behind the business’s growth, culminating in its successful sale in 2017.

In the following years, from 2017 to 2024, Jaime ascended to the role of CEO at Obagi Cosmeceuticals, then Clinical Skin. During her tenure, she internationalized business and orchestrated a strategic sale to a publicly traded entity, marking a significant milestone in her career. During this time Jaime was also ICDO excellence award winner as well PM360 Trail Blazer award.

DR. STEVE YOELIN

Dr. Steve Yoelin is a board-certified ophthalmologist and patent holder with 20+ years of experience in medical aesthetics. He advises companies of all sizes and operates a private practice with a multi-year waitlist. He has trained other clinicians through thousands of training programs. He has also led dozens of clinical trials and has authored/co-authored many peer-reviewed publications.

DR. LAURENCE DRYER, PHD

Dr. Laurence Dryer is a passionate scientist with over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics and skincare industry. She is dedicated to creating cutting-edge technologies and products that bring joy to consumers. Laurence’s expertise lies in identifying advanced technologies based on novel scientific concepts, then translating them into consumer-friendly language to make science accessible to a broader audience.

With a background in neuroscience, Laurence’s prestigious academic and beauty industry career has been marked by a commitment to innovation and authenticity. Laurence’s scientific vision and her dedication to creating innovative and clinically efficacious products continue to be at the forefront of her work.

She has held numerous key leadership roles, including most recently Chief Scientific Officer at Clinical Skin, and Executive Vice President of R&D at Obagi Cosmeceuticals, where she drove growth and led the scientific strategy behind both portfolios. She has also held various positions at The Honest Company, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson. Laurence’s unique ability to bridge the gap between science and consumer understanding has always set her apart in the industry.
